Messe Mannheim

Mannheim’s Maimarkt site covers a total area of 225,000 m², of which the majority is outdoors. Buildings include the Maimarkthalle (8500 m²) and adjacent Maimarktclub (2500 m²), the Gläsernes Studio (400 m²), the German center for prefabricated houses with 43 show houses, office and conference rooms. There is also a horse-show arena with stands and a judges’ box. The Maimarkt site hosts around 30 events every year, including ten trade shows and markets, and attracts some one million visitors. The largest event is the Maimarkt (May Market) itself, which welcomes around 400,000 visitors and 1500 exhibitors every year.
